The cat was a professional in every sense throughout the process of my wife and I bought our first home: Any questions/requests/observations we had were responded to promptly and with clear care and thought. Home tours and discussion was great: she offered well reasoned expert opinions that informed our decision making and let us evaluate houses more clearly ourselves, rather than pushing us in a specific direction. The bidding/negotiating process was handled expertly as well; Cat used to research and her professional expertise to come to a logical bid # that got us our home at a price well below where our inexperience and excitement might have otherwise pointed us. Of course, results can always vary but we could not have been more pleased with her 'process' here. I think the best feedback I can give is that Cat's level of service and professionalism made what is initially a 'scary' process full of uncertainty and gaps of knowledge (on our part) and enabled us to make an intelligent, educated home-buying decision that we felt and still feel 100% comfortable and happy with. With this insane housing market, listings are here one minute and gone the next so if you find something and it feels right....make the offer! She knew the exact price we should list our home, when we should list, staged it perfectly, and handled the multiple offer situation in the most optimal way. She was able to get 23 offers on our house 1 day after the open houses, which most of them were 25k over asking! Not many Realtors® can make that happen. She knew the market, knew how to drive the most buyers into our home, and ensured we got the most qualified buyers for our home. She was extremely detailed oriented and was able to find any errors in the offer (i.e. offers who included a washer dryer when none were present). This made us feel confident when we signed the offer it was exactly what we expected. She kept us on track and made sure that we made each and every deadline (I didn't have to keep track of any of it, which was a huge stress relief). I give her my absolute highest recommendation, anyone would be lucky to have her on their side."
